This Genever is a special recipe by Patrick van Zuidam. The mash made from equal parts of rye, corn and malted barley is distilled three times after fermentation and then distilled again with a new blend of botanicals. In this blend feature among Juniper and liquorice various other aromatic herbs and spices. This results in this Genever with its characteristic mild flavour and gentle mouth feel. A very refined genever distilled according to ancient traditions and craftsmanship. A perfect genever to drink as an aperitif.
